October 25, 2008: "CSI:NY" will mark its 100th episode entitled "My Name is Mac Taylor" with the arrival of a new detective, played by Julia Ormond (Legends of the Fall, Sabrina), the return of Nelly as a confidential informant, and Chris Daughtry and Rumer Willis as the targets of a serial killer. September 1, 2008: Bill recently completed the score for the upcoming film The Devil's Tomb, an action thriller directed by Jason Connery, starring Cuba Gooding Jr., Ron Perlman, Ray Winstone, Taryn Manning, Henry Rollins, and Valerie Cruz in a film about an elite group of soldiers on a covert mission to retrieve a scientist from an underground lab. August 1, 2008: Killer Tracks recently released "Video Game Trailers", a music library that includes new music by Bill Brown for licensing in film, trailers, television and games. APM and Electronic Arts have also recently made some of Bill's game music available for licensing. June 30, 2005: Bill is excited to announce he will be composing the music for season 2 of the hit TV series CSI: NY this fall. The second season begins September, 2005 on CBS. CSI: NY season 1 will be available on DVD this fall.

June 30, 2005: PRESS RELEASE Quote: "Acclaimed composer Bill Brown created the impressive soundtrack for The Incredible Hulk: Ultimate Destruction (Vivendi Universal Games/Sierra Entertainment). Brown worked with the Hollywood Film Orchestra to perform the original score. Brown is currently the composer for the hit CBS television series, "CSI: NY," and his previous credits include composing and producing music for feature films such as 'Any Given Sunday', 'Ali' and 'Finding Forrester'." July 4, 2004: Lineage 2: Chronicle 1 - Harbingers of War (NCsoft) North American release was launched on June 28, 2004 and is available from Bill's Store along with the limited Bonus CD that features some of Bill's soundtrack. A photo from the recently completed Chronicle 2: Age of Splendor Orchestra recording session has also been posted, along with Bill's music track from the video trailer from Chronicle 2: Age of Splendor that was shown at E3-2004 in May. March 14, 2004: We have just posted Bill's string arrangement titled Round 8 Strings which was featured in the film ALI Directed by Michael Mann (Sony Pictures Entertainment / Columbia Pictures). Bill's string arrangement was written for the song "Tomorrow" by Salif Keita and transitions from Bill's cue "Prequel Strings" through the song and into the end credits of the film. The recording was performed by the Hollywood orchestra at the Sony recording stage in Los Angeles, CA.
March 14, 2004: Another track from Bill's Command & Conquer: Generals (EA) soundtrack titled USA 8, has also been added. Generals received the 2003 Computer Strategy Game of the Year Award from the Academy of Interactive Arts & Sciences.

January 21, 2004: Bill is currently working on a new film titled Lady Death with Writer/Director/Producer Carl Macek ("Robotech The Movie") and Producer/Art Director Andy Orjela of ADV Films. Based on the popular comic book series of the same name, "Lady Death" is being produced as an all-digital, wide-screen, feature length film and is scheduled for release on DVD in October 2004.

January 21, 2004: Bill will be speaking at the upcoming Game Developers Conference panel presentation titled The Virtual and Mixed Media Orchestra for Game Music in March along with fellow composers Doyle Donehoo, Jeremy Soule and Maarten Spruijt.
Attendees of this session are given a unique insight into the capabilities, options, tools and methods available to the modern day composer, from the computer based virtual orchestra to the mixture of the virtual and the live recorded orchestra, with the primary focus on orchestral game music. Pencil and paper composers to the technologist composer learn about the latest developments in software, hardware and sampleware products as well as learning about the marriage of music technology combined with recorded live musicians from some of the most knowledgeable practitioners of music technology in game music. The game producer and audio director gain knowledge about the capabilities and options in orchestral game music, as well as learning about the pro and con tradeoffs of various approaches to orchestral game music.
January 21, 2004: Bill appeared as a guest artist at the Native Instruments booth on the final day of the 2004 NAMM Show and had the opportunity to share his experiences in scoring for film, TV and games and also his favorite aspects of Native Instruments innovative synth and sampler technology.
